Ingredients
1 dash Aromatic Bitters
1 dash Orange Bitters
0.25 oz Rich Demerara Syrup
2.5 oz Outwalker Irish Whiskey
METHOD
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice to the top of the vessel and stir for roughly 20 seconds. Using a julep strainer, strain the drink into an Old Fashioned-style glass over a large block of clear ice.
Garnish:
Lemon and orange peel, express, and then discard.

Measuring cup, pot, stovetop, whisk.
Ingredients:
Water, Demerara sugar
Method:
Combine 2 parts of demerara sugar and 1 part water in a pot. Put over heat and stir often until it comes to a rolling boil. Remove from heat, let cool. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
