WHISKEY SOUR
Ingredients
1 dash Aromatic Bitters
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.75 Simple Syrup
2 oz Outwalker Irish Whiskey
1 fresh egg white
METHOD
Combine all ingredients except the egg white into the smaller tin of your shaker set. Fill the smaller tin to the top with cubed ice and shake vigorously for roughly 15 seconds. Strain the drink from the ice into the smaller tin, then add the egg white: re-seal shaker tins and dry shake for 10 seconds. Pour the cocktail into a frozen coupette glass using a Hawthorne and a fine mesh strainer.
Garnish:
Lemon twist, expressed, then discarded.

Tools:
Pot, stovetop, measuring cup, whisk.
Ingredients:
One part white granulated sugar
1 part water.
Method:
Combine sugar and water into a large container and stir or shake (if sealed) until sugar is dissolved. Do not heat. Keep refrigerated up t0 10-14 days.
