What is it?
A 64-litre quarter cask (146 bottles) release single pot still whiskey finished in a Tawny Port cask, hand filled and labelled in Carnlough after spending four weeks at sea in association with our friends at the Harbourview Hotel.

Kicking off 2026 in style in partnership with @glasgowirishwhiskeyclub at @malonesglasgow on Friday 9th January.
We’re rolling out the big guns with both @adrianmclaughlin and @darryl.mcnally hosting a 6 dram session featuring @limavadyirishwhiskey and @carnloughwhiskey alongside our very own original @outwalkerwhiskey and special release pot still.

The wait is almost over!
This week, we`re launching our limited edition Outwalker Irish Whiskey 6 year single pot still, the first new expression of The Restless Spirit since our 2023 launch.
This unique whiskey, aged in tawny port casks and finished at sea, will debut on our website later this week, after a sneak peek for @threedrams this Thursday.

Handpicked bars in Ireland will offer a guest bottle by the dram.

The tour rolled up on London this week as our team took a few days in trade to get lips on glasses and press the flesh as part of an ongoing business development drive.
Featuring our Grain To Glass event format we met up with some familiar faces, and were delighted to host some very welcome new ones at the superb @mcandsonslondon
Outwalker Irish Coffees and (butter infused) Limavady Old Fashioned serves were the order of the day, complimented by some exclusive cask samples to the backdrop of an immersive live 3 piece instrumental session - nobody enjoyed the whiskeys more than the guys did 🇮🇪🎶🎻🥃
Fantastic to get face to face with so many quality operators and proud to receive such strong feedback and valuable insights on our brands and liquids🥃🇮🇪

Next stop on the tour will see the team pop up in London for a very special trade session covering all things casks, cocktails, brands and drams…garnished with some world class insights into Irish whiskey investment strategies for businesses and those entrepreneurial / curious wealth creators.
The host venue, Mc & Sons was a great selection from our friends at Bright Drinks🥃
Irish coffees, hot toddies and the obligatory old fashioned serve will feature along side some cask strength NPD liquid.
Throw in live music, tall tales, inspirational toasts and delicious Thai food pairings and that’s a great Monday night ahead in the bright lights of the big smoke!!
